• Leave the M62 at junction 26
• Take the  A58 - sign posted to Halifax
• Continue on A58
• At roundabout in centre of Halifax take 2nd exit onto Burdock Way (A58)
• At major traffic lights bear right on to Burnley Road (A646)
• After approx 4 miles turn right onto Luddenden Lane (just before the Coach & Horses pub)
• Follow this road onto New Road, then turn right onto Duke Street
• Finally turn right onto Dean House Lane
• Oats Royd Mills is on your left.
